Your sternum is the hub of the golf swing wheel and when you realize that it’s the engine to power and consistency in your golf swing you will have a better golf swing sequence that results in more swing speed and better ball striking.
When you have everything working together in your golf swing, everything happens more consistently and naturally and this drill does just that as well as reduce faults such as thin and fat shots and even the slice.
