An ideal simple golf swing sequence for power is;

Lower body lead the trunk and the arms, just like throwing a ball under arm. This is the most efficient way to sequence the golf that delivers power, decreases injury risk and is bio-mechanically sound.

This drill is really simple, and gives you no excuses to improve your golf swing sequence and increase golf swing power.

The process to train for a simple golf swing sequence at home, with a door is this;

Stand in a doorway with your hip touching the slightly open door.

Rest your head on the doorframe.

Place hands across the chest folded.

Back a backswing by rotating the chest.

Now open the door whilst keeping your head on the frame until you come through to catch up.

You want to feel like the lower half is separating from the trunk and then the trunk is rotating through and allows the head to lift off the frame.

With this drill you can speed up the sequence to improve the firing sequence
