The Best Of The 2016 Ryder Cup at Hazeltine

This years Ryder cup was special for a number of reasons and the result was a fair one and probably a just one. Considering Arnold Palmer’s passing just a few days prior to the opening ceremony, a long awaited win for the U.S golf fans and an unreal performance from those and indeed the European player gave us a Ryder Cup for the ages.

The golf was spectacular, the captains and vice captains were great, the passion was (although at times a bit much) intense and the spirit that was flowing from day one from both sides was a pure joy to watch.

There were many memorable bits during the 2016 Ryder Cup but some of the stand out moments for us were;

Arnold Palmers Golf Bag on the 1st Tee.

The heckling Specator sinking the putt.

Bubba Watson as Vice Captain.

Tiger Woods being a vice Captain.

Tomas Pieters being as nervous as dog going to the vets on the 1st tee but coming through with an amazing week.

Patrick Reed’s amazing Golf.

Rory Mcilroy’s great Golf

The U.S.A Teams putting display.

Rickie Fowler’s Non Kissing Picture.

Danny Willet’s honest press conference.

The good sportsmanship from European team after loss.

Arnold Palmer being delivered the trophy during his memorial service. http://ftw.usatoday.com/2016/10/the-emotional-moment-rickie-fowler-brought-the-ryder-cup-back-to-arnold-palmer
