Using a basketball and a tennis racquet you can really dial in your golf swing.
Especially the arm rotation and the move through the ball which will help consistency and striking of course too!

The golf swing sequence and then releasing the ball into the ground is useful for timing and speed as well. You do not have to go too hard with this part though.
Do not force your body.. just allow the natural flow and instincts to take over and you will play better golf and own a simple golf swing that helps with distances and accuracy.
Your videos are fantastic! One suggestion, stress to students here that you need rotation of the chest/shoulders/core unit around the spine back and through. I’m athletic and can imitate most motions in sports, a lot of people can’t make their body do what their eyes and mind see. Stress rotation of the body back and through. The body transports the arms/club. The tail doesn’t wag the dog.
